If any products are purchased from Dmart Ready App or Dmart Ready online site that can be returned for a refund at and Dmart Ready store (Pickup Points only) within 7 days of purchase.
  1. The original invoice needs to be shown as proof of purchase.
  2. The products purchased are accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.
  3. The purchased products are intact and in a saleable condition for return.
  4. The purchased products have not been altered or not been used & reusable.
